When I look at the sea, I…
I really don’t feel anything, I know strange right! People find it relaxing but I really don’t. When I went back to Southern California last September for my grandma’s funeral we stayed at the beach, it was really nice and all but still didn’t really do anything for me. I did find peace by looking out at the water seeing that it goes on forever and listening to wave’s crash down. When I was younger I loved going to the beach to sunbathe or to play in the water with my friends it was so much fun. I hate the sand more than anything in the world! Then you feel all sticky because of the salt water AND the humidity-ness, which I hate humidity. It just gets everywhere and you can’t seem to get rid of it. I would rather visit the mountains over the beach any day. I love the snow, the mountain air, the nature and that there is no sand ANY WHERE! I always dreamed about getting married (or renew my vows now that I’m already married) in the snow. When I was around 10ish I went on this road trip that made a pit stop in Aspen and I saw this most beautiful church that was covered in snow. That’s when that dream came into my head and that I wanted to get married in the snow. The sea just doesn’t do it for me… I’ll take the cold over the warm/wet any day of the week =D

A girl after my own heart <3 Snow and cold weather rock!

I found it interesting your insights on the sea! The cold seems to be all I have lately, but the snow is beautiful when it first falls!
